Common questions
How long does a repair take?
Screen and battery replacements are usually done the same day. Board-level work, and anything waiting on a part, takes longer — we give you the estimate when we quote.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome at both branches. Booking ahead just means we have the part ready and you spend less time waiting.
Will I lose my data?
Most repairs do not touch your storage. We still recommend backing up before you hand any device over, because no repair is entirely risk-free.
How much will it cost?
You get a fixed price after the free diagnosis. We do not start work, and you owe nothing, until you approve that number.
Do you repair devices bought elsewhere?
Yes. It does not matter where you bought it. If the device is still under Apple warranty, check with Apple first — an outside repair can void it.
